It was 5.00 am on Sunday when government Lorries and bulldozers started demolishing mtumba slum in south c. This incident happened when some were sleeping, children were preparing to go to school, and some were also preparing to go to their casual jobs while others were opening their businesses in that slum. Government was demanding the land of which the villagers were claiming that there is a person from Somalia who has already bought the land.
Dennis mutie a dweller in that slum said they were brought there by government Lorries because of the same status. In this case some were born there and got married there. In this matter children are most affected by this situation of which men have disappeared, school was already being demolished this made children not to do their end term examinations this means they will not go to the next class. It was the raining season the place was having stagnant water through this many children were sick malaria and the only people who were bothering with them were from china called ishikayi.
Imagine that situation and the government is less concerned with the ordinary people. This I urge the government to be considering their citizens especially children.
